2023 TOP OF UTAH PARADE OF HOMES

We look forward to a great Parade of Homes in 2023! We are on track to have 16 beautiful homes so far this year. We are excited to announce that we have changed our Parade name to Top of Utah Parade of Homes. We feel this will better include all of Cache Valley, Bear Lake, and the Tremonton area. Homes completed from March 2022 to early September 2023 will be eligible. Parade dates will be Sep. 14-16 and Sep. 21-23. Please let Jocee know if you plan to enter a home. If you are looking to advertise, be a sponsor, or want a garage space, please reach out to Jocee.

CE AND PRE-LICENSURE CLASSES

COMING UP: APRIL IS NEW HOMES MONTH

April is New Homes Month; we can share the benefits of new homes to our community. The NAHB has a media toolkit that includes the following:

• Social media images. These eye-catching pictures for your social media channels highlight the benefits of new homes.
• Social media videos. Two short videos are available to share and download. NAHB will customize them with your website address and HBA logo free of charge. Contact Anna Briseño.
• Customizable articles. You can easily add information about new home trends and home buying to your spring parade guides or your website.
• Social media posts. Choose from more than a dozen engaging messages about the benefits of new homes and new home trends to post on your Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter pages.
• Template press release. A press release can position your association as the go-to resource for new homes in your community. Add your HBA contact information and send it to the local press.
