2023 TOP OF UTAH PARADE OF HOMES
We look forward to a great Parade of Homes in 2023! We are looking to have over 15 beautiful homes so far this year. We are excited to announce that we have changed our Parade name to Top of Utah Parade of Homes. We feel this will better include all of Cache Valley, Bear Lake, and the Tremonton area. Homes completed from March 2022 to early September 2023 will be eligible. Parade dates will be Sep. 14-16 and Sep. 21-23. The application and deadlines are attached below. Please let Jocee know if you plan to enter a home.

We have re-built our association website! With a new look, better functions and flow, and more resources we hope it will be beneficial to you. Check it out here.
CE AND PRE-LICENSURE CLASSES
It is a renewal year! We have several CE options available. Remember, one hour must be the energy code requirement.CVHBA members can use code “CVHBA” when registering to get their 6 free credits. (It will recognize your email and should waive the fee).
Anyone needing to take the 25 hr. Pre-licensure course, our next class is June 7-9.
